在粘膠生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中,堿液是其主要的原料之一。我公司對堿計量采用的是浮筒式遙測液位計。該儀表采用浮筒和重錘的指針指示,在使用過(guò)程中經(jīng)常存在以下問(wèn)題①鼓形輪經(jīng)常被鋼繩所帯帶的堿液密死,導致儀表指示不準②重錘重量不足,至使重錘下滑遲最,甚至不下滑,無(wú)法帶動(dòng)指針,導致儀表指示
